Cooperation
YES is a trademark of Floranet Group Limited.
We create and develop a flower arrangement delivery service and invite professional floristry studios and flower shops to cooperate with us in fulfilling customer orders.
We work directly with customers as the merchant of record and coordinate order fulfillment through verified local partners.
Cooperation Format
We cooperate with floristry studios within a service partnership model.
Within this cooperation:
- YES accepts and processes customer orders
- YES is responsible to the customer for the order
- the partner fulfills the order (flower preparation and delivery)
- the partner acts as an independent service provider
- there is no direct contractual relationship with the end customer
What We Expect from Partners
We work only with professional florists who:
- have at least 5 years of experience
- maintain consistently high floristry quality
- have proper facilities for storing fresh flowers
- are able to fulfill orders on time, including during holiday periods
- maintain prompt communication (response within 1–2 hours)
- can provide additional products if necessary (gifts, sweets, etc.)
How the Process Works
- The partner receives an order from YES
- Prepares the flower arrangement
- Transfers the order for delivery or delivers it independently
- Confirms order completion
Quality Standards and Responsibility
All partners are required to comply with the quality standards and order fulfillment deadlines established by YES.
Floranet Group Limited reserves the right to conduct regular evaluations of order fulfillment quality and, if necessary, terminate cooperation with partners who do not meet the established standards.
A decision to terminate cooperation may be made without any obligation to restore the partnership in the future.
