Order processing and delivery

The bouquet is made immediately before delivery. The order is processing according to the composition and photo of the gift choose and paid on the website. Delivery time is agreed over the phone with the recipient before delivery. Depending on the address and date, delivery is carried out by a store employee or a specialized delivery service, which is used on holidays and for remote delivery.

The address indicated by the customer when placing an order is enough for delivery during the working time, unless additional conditions have been agreed. If the recipient is absent at the delivery address, the gift is left to the neighbors, at the reception, if it is a hotel or returned to the store. The recipient, customer or a trustee can pick up flowers from the store within three days, or contact the support service to make and pay for re-delivery.

In some cases, (incomplete / inaccurate address) a prior approval of delivery with the recipient is mandatory. Without recipient’s contact phone number, the order execution is suspended until the necessary information is received from the customer. In order to avoid such situations, we ask you to provide information in the greatest detail possible, including the receiver and customer contact number for prompt communication.

Delivery Date & Time

Delivery time depends on the timely execution of the order and its payment. You can arrange delivery, both the next day, and any subsequent date selecting it when placing an order. The same day delivery is made when:

  • The order was placed and paid in the morning;
  • It's not less than 4 hours before the end of working day in the delivery city (take into account the difference in time zones).

Working hours for delivery from 9am to 20pm, but it is also possible during non-working hours by prior agreement (request), sometimes at an additional cost. You can specify the desired delivery time when placing an order, in the column "Additional Information". We will take into account all your wishes.

Weekend and Holidays Delivery

When placing an order (when choosing the delivery date) you can see if the selected date is a state, national or religious holiday. We try to carry out deliveries, regardless of holidays and weekends, but we inform that it may be postponed to the next first business day. It is prohibited to work on some national holidays on a legislative level and we cannot influence this or break the law. We ask you to take this circumstance into account and choose a date that is available for delivery.

For holidays delivery: Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, International Woman`s Day, Mother's Day the order should be made in advance (2-3 days before the delivery date). We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day on holidays, but we cannot guarantee it due to the high number of orders.

Delivery to the hotel, office, hospital, restaurant

Most hotels, offices, hospitals restrict access to the institution. Communication is made through reception. When ordering delivery to such institutions, it is necessary to indicate room number, the recipient's last name and first name and phone number (a room is not always registered on the Receiver name). This will allow the courier to give the right information on the reception and notify the recipient about delivery. Since the courier doesn`t have access to the hotel room, hospital room or office, we can guarantee delivery only to the reception. After this, YES company is not responsible for the safety, further bouquet and gifts delivery to the recipient.

Delivery without agreement (a surprise)

If you want your order to be delivered without notifying the recipient, please, indicate this information in the line "Additional Information". Please, note that if the address is incorrect or the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, we will not be able to make a refund. Flowers are perishable goods, and can't be reused.

Delivery without an exact address

If you don't know the exact address of the recipient, please specify the recipient contact number when placing order or use the option "Find out the delivery address from the recipient". Our manager will contact the recipient and agree the convenient time and delivery address.

Order Changes

If there are some changes to the order (change / add a phone number, text on postcards, correct address data, etc.), you must contact the support service via chat or email with all information. To speed up processing, indicate your order number in the message subject.

The photo of delivered order

When choosing the service "Take a photo of delivery", please take into account that it’s an additional and free option and is not guaranteed. The service is not provided in Europe and the USA, since orders are often delivered by specialized courier companies. Also this service depends on the recipient and external factors (weather conditions, lighting, etc.).
